3-touch plays in volleyball

After teaching the spike/smash in volleyball, the "one bounce" rule can be really helpful to make the game more playable. One of my favourite games to encourage 3-touch plays and spiking as a means to attack space to win the point is "smashball"! Watch this short video to understand how the game is played.
